Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager – Business Partnering, you will partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Service, Operations, Procurement and Finance, providing commercial insight, constructive challenge and practical recommendations to improve profitability, working capital and decision-making. This is a highly visible business partnering role that combines financial analysis, commercial insights, pricing governance, inventory management and strategic decision support. Key Responsibilities Partner with Precision and Equipment leaders to provide commercial insights, financial analysis and decision support across sales, service, operations and procurement. Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting, delivering clear commentary on key drivers, risks and opportunities. Support pricing and margin management by analysing product costs, customer pricing, promotions and profitability outcomes. Monitor inventory performance, stock holdings, working capital and inventory governance to improve operational efficiency and business performance. Deliver reporting and analysis across sales, profitability, labour productivity, inventory, procurement and commercial KPIs.
