This role will report directly into the Finance Manager and be based at our Head Office in Sydney, NSW. About the Role The Finance Business Partner is accountable for the end-to-end financial management. This role provides accurate and timely reporting, commercial insight and financial control to support operational performance, contractual outcomes and informed decision-making. The role ensures financial activities comply with organisational policies, statutory obligations, contractual requirements, internal controls and the ISS Business Management System, including applicable HSE, EEO and industrial relations requirements. The incumbent builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners with operational teams to improve financial capability, accountability and contract performance.
