About the Role The Control Testing Team is a first line risk team that forms part of Non-Financial Risk business in the Business & Private Bank division. The team is responsible for supporting strong control management practices across the Business & Private Bank division and provides independent assurance to Line 1A on whether a control is designed and operating effectively. This role sits within the Business & Private Bank (B&PB) Division Controls Testing Team focusing on delivering quality and sustainable control testing activities and uplift across business processes. The role is key in helping manage the quality of Control Self-Assessments within the Division. Role Type: Permanent Role Location: Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane Work Hours: Full-Time What will your day look like? What you'll be doing: • Managing and delivering the Quality Assurance of Control Self-Assessments (CSA) plan for Business & Private Bank control population in line with the NFR Framework requirements. • Reporting on the progress of the Quality Assurance plan to key stakeholders. • Understanding and applying the Quality Assurance of CSA framework requirements, acting as a subject matter expert for the Division.
