About the role: As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading audit engagements, supporting high-quality audit delivery, and contributing to the continued development of the Perth Audit & Assurance practice. The role involves significant responsibility across project management, client interaction, and team leadership, working closely with Senior Managers and Partners to manage risk, quality and delivery outcomes. You will work with a diverse client portfolio, including listed and private groups, public sector and not‑for‑profit organisations, across industries such as government, education, manufacturing and distribution, resources and energy, technology platforms (including blockchain and digital assets), and the health sector. This role suits an experienced Assistant Manager who enjoys being closely involved in client delivery, coaching and supervising team members, and contributing to broader practice initiatives as the Perth team continues to grow.
