What you will be doing The Regulatory Reporting & Assurance Lead is responsible for coordinating regulatory reporting, compliance assurance activities, and remediation oversight across the Self-Insurance business. The role ensures the timely collection, validation and analysis of operational and compliance information to support regulator submissions, executive reporting and governance requirements. The position provides oversight of regulatory obligations, action plans and remediation activities, ensuring the business maintains regulatory readiness, delivers accurate and transparent reporting, and demonstrates effective management of compliance risks and obligations. This role plays a critical part in strengthening governance, supporting audit and assurance activities, and enhancing regulator confidence through proactive monitoring and reporting. Responsibilities and duties: Claims Management Coordinate the collection and validation of claims management data, compliance evidence and operational updates from stakeholders across the business. Monitor claims-related remediation initiatives and regulatory commitments to ensure actions are progressing as planned. Analyse claims performance, compliance outcomes and emerging trends to identify risks, control gaps and opportunities for improvement. Support the preparation of reports relating to claims management performance, statutory compliance and remediation activities. Maintain oversight of evidence and documentation required to demonstrate compliance with legislative and regulatory obligations.
