Job Description: Lead complex client engagements, develop high-performing teams, and help drive the continued growth of Crowe’s Accounting Advisory practice. As an Accounting Advisory Manager, you will work directly with senior finance leaders across a variety of industries to address complex accounting, financial reporting, transaction, and finance transformation challenges. You will own engagements from planning through delivery, coach and develop team members, and contribute to client relationships and market growth. The role offers meaningful client exposure, varied project experience, and a clear opportunity to expand your leadership and advisory capabilities. Work arrangements will vary by engagement and may include remote, office, and client-site work, with travel as business needs require. What You’ll Do Client and Engagement Leadership Lead accounting advisory engagements from scoping through final delivery, with accountability for objectives, staffing, timelines, budgets, risks, quality, and client communications. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior finance stakeholders by anticipating concerns, resolving issues, and presenting practical recommendations. Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain alignment among clients, engagement teams, auditors, and other stakeholders. Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting Research and analyze complex transactions, apply relevant accounting guidance, and prepare clear technical memoranda and other client-ready deliverables.
