Job Description: We are currently accepting applications for a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services specifically focusing on financial due diligence. As a manager you will be a vital member of the team driving project management work at various points in the financial due diligence process. The Manager will work directly with clients, target company management teams, and engagement leadership while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. Our TAS team specializes in helping clients navigate acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and other strategic transactions through high-quality financial analysis and actionable insights. Currently we are looking for a Manager based out of the Houston, TX office. This is a hybrid position (3 days in office expectation per week).
