About the role As part of our Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS), we are looking for a GFSS RTR Lead Accountant to drive high‑quality, compliant, and efficient Record‑to‑Report (RtR) processes across the assigned country or Commercial Area. This role sits at the core of financial integrity, ensuring accurate statutory and group reporting in line with IFRS, Electrolux Global Finance Policies, and internal control standards. You will play a key role in business partnering, audit coordination, tax accounting, and continuous improvement initiatives, while leading by example within a complex, multicultural shared services environment. What you will do In this role, you will take ownership of end‑to‑end RtR activities within the GFSS scope, ensuring robust financial oversight, transparent reporting, and strong internal controls. You will act as a trusted finance partner to local teams, Group functions, and auditors, while contributing to transformation and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. As a GFSS RTR Lead Accountant, you will apply strong technical accounting expertise, sound judgement, and analytical thinking to resolve complex accounting matters, support audit processes, and ensure timely and high‑quality financial deliverables.
