Do you thrive in a dynamic international environment where your work directly supports business success and compliance? We're looking for a Financial Accountant to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you will partner closely with Accounting Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and support key regulatory and statutory requirements across multiple entities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their accounting expertise, gain exposure to both US GAAP and Local GAAP reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a global organization. Key responsibilities: Managing general ledger accounting activities under both US GAAP and Local GAAP Performing monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, including: Journal entries Account reconciliations Variance analysis Corporate reporting Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness. Supporting external and statutory audits and maintaining compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. Preparing Local GAAP annual financial statements and supporting related disclosures. Managing local statutory and fiscal reporting obligations, including: VAT returns Intrastat reporting EC List reporting Other local compliance filings Analyzing financial results and providing meaningful insights to support business decision-making. Identifying accounting issues and researching technical accounting guidance. Maintaining strong internal controls and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
