Join Moderna's U.S. Accounting organization from our Warsaw Enterprise Solutions Hub, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting. As an individual contributor, you'll partner with global stakeholders to support Fixed Assets and General Ledger accounting while helping drive operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement. Here's What You'll Do: Support General Ledger accounting activities, including prepaids, accruals, cash accounting, fixed asset capitalization, Construction in Progress (CIP), transfers, disposals, depreciation, account reconciliations, accounting analyses, and maintenance of fixed asset records in SAP. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for Fixed Assets and General Ledger, including preparing and posting journal entries, reconciliations, supporting schedules, and close analyses. Partner closely with the U.S. Accounting team and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an accurate, complete, and timely financial close. Review capital projects and fixed asset transactions to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies. Maintain documentation supporting SOX internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance requirements. Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests. Drive continuous improvements, automation, and standardization across General Ledger and Fixed Assets accounting processes. Leverage digital technologies and emerging automation capabilities to improve the efficiency, scalability, and accuracy of accounting operations.
