About the Role The Senior Audit Lead – People & Risk Culture leads complex, Risk Culture-focused reviews, applying a range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies to deliver specialist assurance and actionable insight to senior business stakeholders and the Board. Reporting to the Audit Director – People & Risk Culture, the role contributes evidence-based assessments of governance, behavioural drivers of risk and control effectiveness, while supporting high-quality audit delivery across the Internal Audit plan, and in line with Internal Audit methodology and Global Internal Audit Standards. The role works closely with audit teams and business stakeholders to deliver credible audit outcomes, provide specialist People Risk and Risk Culture insight, and support the building of Risk Culture capability across Internal Audit.
