Location This position will be based in New York City. Reporting This position will report to the President, Palmetto Capital Markets. Summary of Role The Director / VP will be responsible for leading capital markets activities spanning across capital raising and execution, with a primary focus on the origination, structuring, and execution of tax equity and other tax-efficient financing vehicles. This includes managing key tax equity investor, banking, and other financing relationships, as well as overseeing the modeling work to support the advancement of the opportunities. The Director / VP and their team will negotiate with banks and other financiers for all asset-related capital transactions for Palmetto. The role will be a key member of the LightReach leadership team and help develop the in-house capital markets expertise and awareness across the organization.
