Aldrich CPAs and Advisors is looking for an Audit Manager to join our team serving clients in the Architecture & Engineering (A&E) industry. This position involves managing audits, reviews, and compilations from planning through completion while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. This is a full-time position based in our Lake Oswego office with hybrid workplace options. The Audit Manager will work closely with clients and internal teams, with opportunities to build strong client relationships and contribute to new business development. Requirements You'll Get a Chance To Plan and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion Coordinate service delivery and manage all aspects of client engagements Serve as a technical resource for staff and seniors and provide guidance on complex accounting and audit matters Review engagement workpapers and financial statements for accuracy, quality, and compliance with professional standards Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and timely, high-quality service Lead, coach, and mentor staff and seniors through training, performance feedback, and development opportunities Manage engagement economics, including budgets, billings, collections, and client fees Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and participate in business development and networking activities Contribute to process improvements and innovative approaches that enhance the client and employee experience What You Bring to the Team 4+ years of recent experience in public accounting with a primary focus on audit Strong understanding of audit and attest services, GAAP,...
