You’ll play a key part in shaping our planning processes and supporting strategic growth,” says Allan Hime-Laurberg He / Him / His Director, FP&A This is the role and main tasks As our new Senior FP&A Analyst, you will act as a key stakeholder within Stibo Systems and the CFO Organisation, bringing insight-driven financial planning and analysis to the next level. “You’ll have the opportunity to influence not only the processes but also the strategic direction of the role. You will work closely with leadership and collaborate with finance stakeholders across the globe to enable data-driven decision-making. More specifically, you will: Drive and enable strategic long-term planning and rolling forecasts for the organization Drive and optimize FP&A tools, including Workday/Adaptive Planning, ensuring they meet evolving business needs Take ownership of our forecast model — driving its development, adoption, and scalability to meet evolving business needs Take ownership of management reporting—developing, structuring, and elevating the reporting process Partner with the CFO and senior leadership on finance-related questions and strategic topics Lead process development for budgeting and forecasting cycles, driving continuous improvement This is your Team You will join our global Finance organization, collaborating closely with the FP&A team, Business Partners, and other key stakeholders.
