We are looking for a Senior Lead, Finance Business Partner to become the trusted financial advisor to one of our global business units. In this role, you will combine strategic finance, performance management, and business partnering to help leaders make better decisions, translate business priorities into profitable growth, and create long-term value. You will join our Global Business Finance organisation and work closely with senior business leaders, regional finance teams, and functional stakeholders. As a strategic business partner, you will provide forward-looking financial leadership, transforming strategy and operational priorities into actionable insights, clear choices, and measurable outcomes. As we continue to strengthen our market position and pursue growth opportunities, you will play a key role in ensuring resources are allocated to the highest-value initiatives while driving transparency, accountability, and financial discipline across the organisation. The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to contribute directly to strategic investments, cost optimisation, and improved performance across the business.
