You will focus on servicing the Group level financial reporting requirements and form close working relationships with the wider Finance team, as well as the Finance Directors and Controllers across the Hiscox business units. Key Responsibilities: Produce and present high-quality Group consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial, statutory and regulatory reporting deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders in compliance with IFRS and Solvency II regulatory guidance. Maintain and enhance the financial control environment with regards to Group consolidation reporting activities and the broader financial control framework. Proactively manage strong internal and external stakeholder relationships Streamline, automate and enhance finance processes, by leveraging technology enablers, personal experience, external insights and best practice. Champion and support Head of Group Financial Reporting in developing a continuous improvement culture utilising external insights and best practice.
