Role Summary & Purpose The primary purpose of this newly created position is to support the International Tax team on a broad range of tax matters across EMEA including, M&A, special projects, transfer pricing, tax controversy and, to a lesser extent, direct tax compliance and US GAAP tax reporting. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a wide variety of international tax issues. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver, resourceful and proactive but able to recognise when to escalate issues or seek guidance. The role requires someone who is comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and who thrives when collaborating with teams across multiple jurisdictions. Key Tasks & Responsibilities Support the International Tax team on special projects including international business expansion, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions Provide tax guidance for international contracts, transactions, and strategic initiatives Assess impact of emerging jurisdictional, regional and global tax rules Manage and respond to tax authority interventions across various jurisdictions Assist with the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and related matters Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Treasury, and business units on tax matters Develop successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders (incl.
