About the role: As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be a key contributor within Essity’s Global Business Services organization, supporting a defined scope of the end-to-end accounts payable process. Your work will help ensure that financial transactions are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. You will operate in a dynamic, international environment where collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement are highly valued. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across regions, contribute to operational excellence, and continuously develop your professional and technical expertise. By combining precision with a proactive mindset, you will help keep our financial operations running smoothly while supporting Essity’s broader purpose of improving well-being. What you will do: Accounts Payable Processing: Execute global accounts payable activities for a defined area with accuracy, efficiency, and cost awareness. Invoice Management : Manage high-priority and complex invoices, ensuring timely resolution and correct posting. Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to accounting principles, regulatory requirements, internal controls, and agreed ways of working. Operational Support: Support day-to-day functional activities, including training, coaching, and knowledge sharing within the team.
