You’ll work cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve processes, strengthen financial controls, and support scalable finance operations. Location: Oxford UK This role is a hybrid position that requires 1 day per week in our Oxford office. What You'll Do: Support daily and month-end Order-to-Cash accounting processes across multiple products and payment platforms. Perform high-volume data reconciliations across financial systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy and completeness. Apply accounting principles to analyse transactional activity, prepare reconciliations, and support accurate financial reporting. Partner with Finance Systems, Engineering, Product, Sales Operations, FP&A, and Customer Operations to resolve accounting and billing issues and improve business processes. Support finance system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation of new processes and system improvements. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, and other month-end close activities. Document, maintain, and improve financial processes and internal controls. Support internal and external audits by preparing supporting documentation and responding to audit requests. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve the efficiency and scalability of finance operations.
