Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Tax to lead the tax function supporting our Management Company business across Luxembourg fund structures, including UCITS, AIFs and alternative investment strategies. This is a senior leadership role responsible for tax governance, oversight, compliance, advisory support and transformation of the tax operating model. The successful candidate will act as the primary point person for complex tax matters, provide technical leadership to the tax team, and work closely with portfolio management teams, conducting officers, fund managers, clients, external advisors, administrators and internal stakeholders to ensure robust tax risk management, high-quality client service and scalable delivery of tax support across the ManCo platform.
