Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Consultant to support the continued growth and development of our Semi-Liquid Fund Accounting business in Luxembourg. This is a specialist oversight role, providing subject matter expertise across semi-liquid, private markets, and hybrid fund structures. The successful candidate will act as a key advisor to management and operational teams, supporting complex client onboarding, operating model optimization, process enhancement, regulatory compliance, and the scalability of our Fund Accounting operating model. Key Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise across semi-liquid, private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and hybrid fund structures. Oversee and review NAV production activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements. Support complex valuation methodologies, unitization processes, pricing controls, and performance fee calculations. Review and enhance operating models to improve scalability, efficiency, risk management, and control effectiveness. Assess existing Fund Accounting processes and identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities. Act as a key escalation point for complex operational issues, reconciliations, exceptions, and client queries. Partner with Technology, Change, and Operations teams to implement strategic enhancements and process improvements. Support audit, regulatory, and client due diligence activities. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, auditors, custodians, trustees, and depositaries.
