Job Description As Finance Analyst at De Beers London, you will play a key role in supporting financial performance, strategic decision-making, and operational excellence across our global business. Partnering closely with commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering insightful management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering support.  The role will contribute to the development of financial plans, provide robust challenge and analysis around commercial performance, and drive enhanced visibility of key business metrics including sales, margins, operating expenditure, and capital investments. You will take ownership of critical performance reporting and profitability analysis, helping stakeholders understand business drivers, risks, and opportunities while supporting informed decision-making.  In addition, you will support capital expenditure planning and investment appraisal activities, oversee product and channel profitability analysis, contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems, and help develop reporting tools and dashboards that improve business insight.
