The Tax Manager is responsible for leading Integrated DNA Technologies, Inc. and its subsidiaries' tax operations, compliance, reporting, planning, and audit support activities. This role oversees both direct and indirect tax matters, including income tax, transfer pricing, sales and use tax, personal property tax, and related corporate reporting requirements. The Tax Manager will play a key leadership role in developing and implementing scalable tax processes, strengthening internal controls, and partnering with Finance, IT, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure tax compliance across a rapidly growing global organization. This position reports to the Director of Accounting and is a key part of the Global Controllership Organization and will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead and manage U.S. and international tax compliance, accounting, reporting, and audit activities, including income tax, sales and use tax, personal property tax, transfer pricing, and other indirect tax obligations.
