Summary of Role: The GHJ Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team provides a challenging, rewarding and entrepreneurial opportunity for individuals to improve their skill set and career trajectory while advising companies across numerous industries through their transaction process. You will be responsible for: With the support of the engagement team, lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements with privately held companies and their owners/operators, alongside investment bankers, private equity firms and strategic corporate buyers. Lead management meetings and discussions with buyer/seller advisors, with support from associates, senior managers and partners. Guide clients through the diligence process, including working with associates to prepare discussion agenda, supporting schedules including trend analysis, fluctuations, potential adjustments and core areas of interest.
