Job Responsibilities Lead and manage fraud investigations, forensic accounting engagements, contract compliance matters, and dispute and litigation consulting engagements. Review and analyze financial information, accounting records, tax returns, court pleadings, and other relevant documentation in support of litigation and dispute matters. Oversee litigation discovery efforts, including document requests, data analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Direct the development and review of financial models and analyses for litigation support and forensic accounting engagements. Lead complex fraud investigations, including embezzlement, financial reporting fraud, Ponzi schemes, healthcare fraud, and other matters. Manage dispute and litigation consulting engagements, including partnership disputes, billing disputes, real estate disputes, post-acquisition disputes, intellectual property disputes, lost profits analyses, lost wage analyses, and other matters. Serve as the primary client relationship manager, overseeing engagement execution, client communications, budgets, invoicing, collections, deliverables, and presentations. Provide leadership to engagement teams by supervising project execution, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to Armanino's A+ Execution standards. Mentor, coach, and develop team members through performance management, career development, and ongoing feedback. Contribute to practice growth initiatives by helping build team culture, enhancing operational scalability, and supporting strategic objectives.
