About the Role Fireworks AI is looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to own and scale the company's technical accounting and financial reporting function as the business grows rapidly. This role will be responsible for the technical accounting positions, financial statements, and documentation behind some of the most complex areas of our business — leases and data center arrangements, equity, revenue, strategic partnerships, and hardware and compute costs, while building the processes, documentation, and controls needed to support a high-growth AI infrastructure business. The Financial Reporting Manager will also own end-to-end process documentation, building the flowcharts, narratives, and control matrices that strengthen our control environment as we scale. This person will partner closely with Accounting Operations, FP&A, Legal, Tax, Infrastructure, Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Business Development to ensure that complex transactions are understood, documented, and reported correctly.
