This Managing Director role is responsible for expanding Armanino’s Valuation and Financial Modeling practice by driving business development, leading complex client engagements, developing talent, and partnering across advisory practices to deliver integrated solutions. The ideal candidate is a proven valuation leader with a strong commercial orientation, deep technical expertise , an established professional network, and a track record of building teams, developing people, and expanding client relationships in a consulting environment. Job Responsibilities Lead the growth of Armanino’s Valuation and Financial Modeling practice, including revenue generation, market expansion, talent development, operational performance, quality control, and strategic planning. Drive new business development efforts through networking, referrals, industry involvement, and cultivation of relationships with clients, attorneys, private equity sponsors, investment bankers, and other centers of influence. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on complex valuation and financial modeling matters, including financial reporting, tax planning, transaction support, litigation support, strategic planning, and decision-support analyses. Lead and oversee complex valuation and financial modeling engagements, ensuring technical quality, timely delivery, effective client communication, and adherence to Armanino’s A+ Execution standards. Collaborate closely with the Forensics practice to deliver integrated client solutions across valuation, dispute consulting, forensic investigations, damages analyses, and litigation support engagements.
