As a key client-facing advisor, you'll work closely with behavioral health providers, developing trusted relationships and serving as a strategic resource on financial, operational, reimbursement, and compliance matters. This highly consultative role offers significant interaction with clients and leadership teams, allowing you to make a direct impact on organizations delivering essential mental health, substance use, and community-based services. This role can be worked 100% remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Responsibilities: Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality, completeness, and timely delivery. Prepare and analyze benchmarking data and key performance indicators to support client insights. Present completed reporting packages and findings to clients as directed. Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models in alignment with client engagement terms. Provide technical accounting support to clients and their teams on complex issues. Identify operational inefficiencies through client discovery sessions and recommend actionable improvements. Lead and coordinate the efforts of US and offshore engagement team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables, efficient work-flow management, and a consistent client experience. Lead and coach staff and senior accountants, providing guidance on accounting and financial reporting matters. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. 4-6 years of experience in public or private accounting serving the healthcare industry. Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes required. Claims, gross revenue, contractual adjustments, fee-for-service reimbursement, and per-member-per-month (PMPM)/capitation models preferred.
