Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism State & Local Tax (SALT) Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a State and Local Tax - Income Franchise - Senior Associate, you will provide advice and guidance to clients on local tax matters, helping them navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on analyzing and interpreting local tax laws and regulations, assisting businesses in complying with local tax requirements, and enhancing their local tax strategies. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity. In this role, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, interpret data to inform insights, and uphold professional and technical standards. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.
