Position Overview: As a member of the external reporting team, you will primarily support the preparation of SEC filings and provide technical accounting support across the organization. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert on accounting standards, reporting requirements, and company policies while partnering across functions to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors to manage reporting processes, implement new standards, and enhance controls. Additionally, you will help shape evolving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosures. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting Prepare external reports (10-K, 10-Q, 11-K, 8-K, S-D) in compliance with SEC requirements. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, IR, Tax, Treasury, IA, and other teams to gather and validate reporting data. Support preparation and review of quarterly earnings materials with Investor Relations. Maintain and execute internal controls over financial reporting. Assist with external audit coordination, including quarterly reviews and annual audits. Support enhancements to financial systems to improve reporting accuracy and compliance. Technical Accounting & Policy Provide guidance on U.S. GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements (SEC, FASB). Research, document, and support accounting for complex transactions. Monitor new accounting standards, assess impact, and assist with implementation. Develop and maintain company-wide accounting policies and procedures. ESG Reporting Assist with ESG regulatory filings, including data collection, content development, and assurance support. Partner with ESG leadership and stakeholders to establish and standardize reporting processes and controls.
