The Managing director will serve as a premier technical and business development authority, advising high-growth digital asset exchanges, CFTC-regulated prediction markets, institutional investment managers, and technology enterprises. They will lead teams through complex accounting transactions, public offerings, SEC/CFTC regulatory clearances and PCAOB inspection defense, while actively championing AI-enabled audit workflows and firmwide apprenticeship.
