What will you be doing Oversee and manage the company's global accounting operations and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices. Direct an international team of approximately 15 finance professionals—primarily based in India—and manage complex multi-entity statutory requirements across 14 global subsidiaries. Drive improvements in financial processes, leveraging software and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and insight. Ensure all financial transactions and reporting meet rigorous government regulations and compliance along with board, bank, and investor reporting standards. Collaborate with various internal teams to gather financial data and support operational objectives. Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of accuracy, continuous improvement, and professional development. Implement and refine accounting policies and procedures to support company growth and operational scalability.
