About the Role Bloomreach is looking for a Financial Controller to lead financial accounting, reporting, and compliance for our Dutch entities. The successful candidate will be strategic with technical accounting expertise, strong judgement and hands-on, operationally oriented. This role will be responsible for financial accuracy, controls and governance and financial reporting for a key operating entity with strong command of US GAAP and Dutch GAAP. You will be driving process improvement through automation and AI. You'll be the local finance owner for our Netherlands operations, working closely with global finance, controllership, and audit teams to keep our Dutch entities accurate, compliant, and efficient. What You'll Do Accounting Analysis & Management Reporting : Own the accounting preparation and review process for all Netherland entities, serving as the primary lead for accuracy and completeness for monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.Provide deep-dive variance analysis for key accounts including gross margin analysis, cloud computing costs, mobile communication costs, and opex.
