We advise private equity firms, family offices, privately held companies and multinational corporations on the tax aspects of planning, structuring and executing M&A transactions. RSM US LLP is looking for a dynamic Financial Instruments Tax Senior Manager to join our Washington National Tax Practice. This is a rapidly growing consulting practice with significant advancement opportunities. We advise multinational corporations, privately held companies, partnerships, and private equity firms on the tax aspects of planning, structuring, and executing M&A transactions. As a member of our Washington National Tax team, you would play a critical role providing advice to our clients and firm personnel in the areas of financial instruments, corporate, and M&A tax. In this role you would have the opportunity to advise on wide ranging issues such as recapitalization, restructuring and bankruptcy transactions, classification, sales, and exchanges of financial instruments, deductibility of interest, hedging transactions, and many others.
