The Lead Finance Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, integration, governance, and continuous improvement of CareDx's Finance systems portfolio, with NetSuite serving as the Company's core ERP platform and Coupa, Concur, FloQast, and related applications supporting critical financial operations. This role serves as the primary technical owner for Finance systems, partnering closely with Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Internal Audit, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and well-controlled solutions that support business objectives. The Lead Finance Systems Administrator provides technical leadership for system configuration, integrations, vendor management, platform enhancements, and operational support. This individual translates business and accounting requirements into effective technology solutions while ensuring the reliability, compliance, and performance of systems supporting financial reporting, procure-to-pay, expense management, month-end close, audit readiness, and SOX-regulated processes. Reporting and Key Partnerships Reports to the Manager, IT SOX & Corporate Applications, serving as the primary technical owner for NetSuite and the supporting Finance systems landscape, including Coupa, Concur, FloQast, and other related systems/integrations. Partner closely with the VP Controller, Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Supply Chain, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to support financial operations, reporting requirements, period-end close activities, compliance initiatives, and business process improvements.
