Working directly for the Chief, Finance and Accounting Office, responsible for planning and implementing the Valley Division and District's automated accounting operations, which includes programming for internal management report requirements. Duties: Plan and carries out the assignments, resolves most conflicts that arise, assigns work to staff members. Prepare or reviews District Financial Regulations giving consideration to internal controls and accounting principles. Perform reviews of computer output for validity of costs and financial data Serve as Data Manager for the automated accounting system, currently CEFMS.
