Job Responsibilities Drive end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, leading requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation optimization. Partner with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver tailored business solutions that advance operational and financial goals. Define, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for NetSuite modules and customizations, ensuring alignment with ERP best practices. Design and implement system integrations, customizations, and workflow automations to streamline and scale business operations. Enable client end users and internal team members through training, knowledge transfer, and hands-on support with NetSuite functionality. Stay ahead of new features, product updates, and industry best practices to recommend proactive system enhancements. Contribute to internal practice growth by building solution accelerators, reusable assets, and providing pre-sales support when needed. Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and stakeholders, delivering timely updates. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including leading and supporting implementations. Proficiency with NetSuite BI tools, including Dashboard creation and publishing, Saved Searches, and Reports, Financial Reports, and Suite Analytics Experience with NetSuite features and related add-ons such as ARM, Multi-Book, WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, RF-SMART, NetGain, and others.
