As a Financial Due Diligence Director you will lead and manage complex financial due diligence engagements, focusing on transactions involving private equity groups and corporate buyers and sellers. You will develop and deliver high-quality planning approaches, identify business opportunities, and enhance go-to-market strategies while leading teams to foster trust, leverage diverse views, and coach staff. Additionally, you will utilize proven business development skills to build upon transaction advisory services work and consistently exceed client expectations. Job Responsibilities Oversees multiple diligence engagements. Advises clients on transaction risks. Mentors managers and directors. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 9+ years of experience.
