Who you are: As an Accounting Manager with Frost, you are instrumental in our success. You will lead the accounting team by coaching, developing, and supervising to grow them to their greatest abilities. You will be responsible for overseeing the general ledger month-end review and closing process. You take the time when time needs to be taken to ensure excellence and accuracy in all that you do. More than that, this role is about collaboration and leadership and doing so with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind. What you’ll do: Understand Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and its impact in recording transactions Coordinate general ledger month end review/closing processes and ensure that entries are in accordance with GAAP Oversee and manage accounting operations related to general ledger, fixed assets, and accounts payable.
