Your Impact Program Nexus is Particle Measuring Systems’ company-wide business transformation program focused on simplifying processes, improving data quality, strengthening system integrations, and modernizing core business platforms. The program is designed to enable better decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the experience of both employees and customers. As a member of Program Nexus, you will play a critical role in one of the company's most strategic initiatives: the implementation of Infor CloudSuite ERP and the transformation of global finance processes. Your work will help establish a clear understanding of current-state challenges, provide data-driven recommendations, and support the development of standardized global processes that improve financial transparency, consistency, and decision-making across the organization. The Role The Cost Accounting Analyst will support Program Nexus by conducting in-depth analysis of product costing, manufacturing transactions, inventory valuation, transfer pricing, and intercompany activities across the global organization. The ideal candidate combines strong cost accounting and financial analysis expertise with a natural curiosity to investigate issues at the transaction level, connect data across multiple systems and entities, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. While not responsible for ERP solution design, this individual will play an important role in validating business requirements and testing financial processes within the Infor CloudSuite implementation.
