Job Title: Finance Operations Senior Manager Reporting to: Head of International Finance Operations Direct Reports: 3 Position Type: Permanent, hybrid working, 3 days minimum in the office per week. The Finance Operations team (“Fin Ops”) sits within International Finance and is responsible for delivering high-quality internal and external outputs within a controlled framework across Insurance Technical Accounting, Cash, Credit Control, Treasury and Accounts Payable activities. As the function continues to evolve in scale and complexity, there is an increasing focus on leveraging automation, data and AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve insight. This role will therefore play a key part in driving continuous process improvement and supporting the adoption of technology-led solutions across Finance Operations. The purpose of this role is to lead the day-to-day activities across Finance Operations (London) whilst supporting the development of the FinOps Target Operating Model, delivering change and process improvement in partnership with the dedicated Finance Change capability and wider enterprise initiatives.
