About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Group Chief Accountant to play a key role in the next stage of our Finance journey. You’ll take ownership of accounting integrity, financial control and compliance across our international Group, while helping us build a more consistent, scalable and group-led Finance function. Combining strong technical accounting expertise with people leadership, you’ll have the opportunity to develop our Finance team, improve how we work and help shape the future of Finance at Eficode. Your Key Responsibilities: Own the Group balance sheet and cash flow, ensuring accuracy and strong financial control. Lead, coach and develop members of our Finance team. Drive consistency and standardisation across Group accounting processes, controls and ways of working. Lead key areas of tax, treasury, banking, liquidity, transfer pricing and financial compliance. Coordinate external audits and strengthen our internal control environment.
