What you’ll do As Head of Accounting & Tax (f/m/x), you will lead the accounting and tax function at EFS. You will be responsible for reliable HGB and IFRS reporting, timely financial close processes, budgeting, tax compliance and the accounting of factoring / leasing of receivables as well as SPV and financing structures. This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to the business. You own the monthly and annual closing processes for EFS and ensure reliable, high-quality financial reporting. You translate business plans into budgets and forecasts in close collaboration with Enpal Group Finance and relevant business stakeholders. You ensure accurate reporting under HGB and IFRS, including the preparation of IFRS adjustments. You coordinate consolidation and financial statement preparation across relevant entities. You oversee the accounting treatment of factoring and leasing transactions, receivables, financing arrangements, asset transfers and related intercompany transactions. You manage accounting for SPVs, securitisation and other financing structures. You coordinate corporate tax and VAT compliance together with external tax advisors and Enpal Group functions. You build and continuously improve accounting policies, processes and internal controls.
