We are looking for you as a Lead Finance Business Partner R&I and V&I (m/f/d) with a direct reporting line to the Country CFO for AstraZeneca Germany. Your responsibilities: Leading and managing the R&I and V&I budgeting and planning process including the RBU, MTP and Budget in collaboration with the FP&A Lead Germany. Act as a trusted finance advisor to BuD R&I and V&I as well as Country CFO Managing/Owning the monthly close for R&I and V&I business, ensuring a high quality month end close and forecast accuracy. Responsible for preparing in depth financial analysis of budgets, forecasts and actual results for monthly review by senior management (BuD, CFO, CP). Triangulate the data: financials, market insights and market share to understand the key business drivers. Lead preparation of presentations (country visit) and associated analysis for senior management Owns the local financial planning for R&I and V&I Continuous coordination and strong collaboration with cross-functional areas: Pricing & Market Access (discounts) and AIMs especially around financial planning process (RBU2 and MTP).
