The Operations Finance Director is a senior leadership role reporting to the Senior Director, Operations Finance. This role serves as a strategic finance partner to key global functional leaders, driving performance, productivity, and value creation initiatives across Cytiva. The role provides financial leadership, analytics, and decision support to enable effective execution of business priorities. Working closely with cross-functional partners, the Operations Finance Director identifies opportunities to improve business performance, translates complex data into actionable insights, and drives accountability for results across the organization. This position reports to the Senior Director, Finance, Operations Finance and is located in Budapest, Hungary and will be an on-site role. What you will do: Partner with global functional leaders to drive productivity, business performance, and value creation initiatives across Cytiva. Lead financial analysis, performance reviews, and forecasting processes to identify opportunities, risks, and actions that improve business outcomes. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that support leadership decision-making, operational effectiveness, and business objectives.
