As a Senior Tax Manager , you will work on a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border tax matters across all of ICON’s global operations. You will be a key member of a highly motivated tax team based in ICON’s global headquarters in Dublin, providing strategic leadership and oversight of ICON’s global tax position while supporting business growth, compliance, and tax planning initiatives. You will partner closely with senior finance leaders, external advisers, and business stakeholders to identify and implement tax-efficient solutions, manage risk, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. The Role: Lead all tax matters across a portfolio of Irish and international entities, providing strategic guidance and oversight. Partner with senior finance teams and external advisers to ensure compliance with all tax filing and payment obligations while managing tax audits and controversy matters. Drive the identification, evaluation and implementation of tax planning opportunities aligned with ICON’s global business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, withholding tax, and other international tax matters. Maintain strong relationships with local finance teams, shared service centres and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments globally, assessing business impacts and driving implementation of required changes. Ensure accurate and timely quarterly and annual US GAAP tax reporting for allocated jurisdictions.
