Summary of Position: Reporting to the VP, Finance EMEA, the Senior Manager (SM)/ Associate Director (AD) Accounting will manage the monthly close process and ensure timelines are met. The SM/AD Accounting will serve as the primary coordinator for the monthly close across EMEA entities (CH, IE, DE, and future markets), partnering closely with the global accounting team in alignment with the company close calendar. The SM/AD Accounting will establish and maintain processes to ensure compliance with SOX and external reporting requirements. The position requires the ability to excel in a rapidly evolving environment, analyze existing processes, and propose and implement improvements. The successful candidate will maintain a positive, collaborative attitude while staying well organized in a fast-paced, high-growth setting. This role requires strong organization, clear communication, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork, and will help build a critical function at a growing, evolving, multi-product biotechnology company. Position Responsibilities Manage a timely close process for both revenue and OPEX for EMEA entities in line with global accounting processes. Implement and maintain robust Gross‑to‑Net (GTN) accounting processes (including rebates, clawbacks, etc.), with reconciliation of related balance sheet accounts.
