Join Our Team as an Analyst or Specialist Accounts Payable! Are you looking for an international challenge where your attention to detail, analytical skills, and organization make a real difference? At Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS), we are looking for proactive Accounts Payable Specialists & Analysts (open to Junior, Experienced, and Senior profiles) to join our dynamic Record to Pay (R2P) team! If you thrive in a flexible, collaborative, and fast-paced multicultural environment where your agility matters, this role is for you! What will your day-to-day look like? Depending on your experience level, you will play a key role in processing vendor invoices, managing payment proposals, and reconciling balance sheet accounts: Invoice Processing & Payments: Process vendor invoices and credit notes, prepare payment proposals, manage urgent/advance payments, and allocate direct debits, manual payments, or lodge cards.
