About the Role As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for teams involved in the Order to Cash (O2C) process. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial and billing data across multiple systems. In your day-to-day work, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Deal Desk, Sales, Product, Development, Business Applications, Legal, and others. What You'll Be Doing Track and support the end-to-end deal flow, ensuring billing data integrity throughout the Order to Cash process across Salesforce, Billing Platform, and NetSuite. Support and manage the monthly billing cycle, including recurring billing inquiries. Perform manual billing calculations for unsupported contractual terms using dedicated BI reports and dashboards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless flow of billing information and its accurate representation in financial statements. Partner with Development teams to identify, investigate, and drive billing and operational issues through resolution. Work with Account Managers and Account Executives to align operational workflows, identify issues, and track them through resolution. Build weekly and monthly reports and monitor KPI’s. Support SOX compliance requirements and related controls.
