Duties and Responsibilities, as They Align to Ryan’s Key Results People: Contributes to a positive team member experience. Client: Utilises in-depth knowledge of Firmwide and practice-specific governance and quality assurance procedures to design and conduct engagement reviews. Evaluates client service issues and provides recommendations to support clear and consistent standards across the client journey. Reports findings and actionable recommendations to the leadership team and key stakeholders. Builds strong relationships with leaders and team members and becomes a trusted advisor. Collaborates with practices to recommend enhancements that support a consistent client experience and deliver on the Ryan brand promise. Organises and prioritises multiple tasks to ensure client needs are met promptly. Value: Identifies and communicates learning opportunities to the appropriate parties for consideration, including Practice Leaders, Principals, and Talent Effectiveness. Safeguards confidential information and sensitive material. Assists with various Firm initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned.
